International Dance & Song Festival “Le spiagge d’Italia”  is one of the most exciting cultural events in Italy. Every summer, Rimini, famous for its golden beaches and rich artistic heritage, becomes the stage for an extraordinary celebration of folklore, music, dance, and performing arts. The International Folklore festival and Modern Art Festival offers a unique opportunity for international ensembles, choirs, orchestras, and artistic groups to share their traditions and creativity in a non-competitive environment. Beyond the concerts and parades, participants can enjoy the seaside atmosphere, explore Rimini’s cultural landmarks, and experience the warm Italian hospitality that makes this festival unforgettable.

Conditions of the Festival

• The International Folklore festival and Modern Art Festival in Pesaro is a non-competitive event.

• Eligible participants include: folklore dance and song groups, vocal ensembles, instrumental groups, choirs, orchestras, majorettes, jazz, hip-hop, classical and modern ballet groups, and other artistic collectives.

• There are no age limits for participation.

• The number of participating groups is limited, and early registration is recommended.

• The organizers provide official invitation letters for sponsors or for obtaining a VISA to Italy.

• To apply, each group must complete and submit the application form, along with an artistic profile and a few photos.

• Ensembles may perform with live music or recorded tracks (CD/USB).

• Each group’s performance program must not exceed 10 minutes.

• All groups are required to send their music at least 2 weeks before the festival.

Participation fee: (for participants and accompanying persons)

For groups of more than 11 people

• 220 Euro - Hotel**
• 240 Euro - Hotel*** basic
• 260 Euro - Hotel*** comfort

For individual participants or small groups of up to 10 people

• 240 Euro - Hotel**
• 260 Euro - Hotel*** basic
• 280 Euro - Hotel*** comfort

The participation fee includes:

•  5 days/4 nights accommodation  in 3 or 4-bed rooms, private bathroom with a shower and hot water
• 4 days half board /italian breakfast  and dinner/
• Support our staff during the festival
• Festival participation fee

*Supplement for double room – 7 euro per day per person.

*Supplement for single room – 20 euro per day per person.

*For groups of 25 participants, 26th is serviced free of charge, for the groups with over 40 participants, 41st, 42nd and 43rd are serviced free of charge.

*Upon request organizers can arrange bus transfers from airports to the hotel for additional fee.

Program of the International Folklore festival and Modern Art Festival:

1st day: Arrival. 14:00 - check in and accommodation in hotel. 18:00 - Technical conference with the directors of the groups. 19:30 Dinner.

2nd day: Breakfast. Free time for excursions. 16:00 - Parade of all participating groups. 17:00 Concert. 20:30 - Dinner.

3rd day: Breakfast. Possibility for excursions. Degustation of typical italian food.Lunch. 17:00 - Sand Scultures competition. 18:00 - Zumba at the beachh. Dinner

4th day: Breakfast. Free time for excursions. Lunch. 17:00 Gala Concert for the participants in the festival. Awards. 20:30 - Dinner.

5th day: Breakfast. Departure.
